White Eagle bus announcement & forms

Today, students who ride a bus were given pink “Alternate Arrival and Dismissal Plan Form” for parents to fill out and return to your child’s teacher on Monday. In the event of a bus strike this form will provide us with the details of your alternative arrival and departure travel arrangements. To accommodate parents’ schedules a supervised student drop off will begin at 8:15 am and pick up will extend until 4:15 pm. This is only available to bus riders. In the event of a bus strike, I will send out a ConnectEd phone call to all bus parents along with a list serve email providing further details for parents so we can address the situation efficiently. Updates regarding the bus situation will also be provided via 204-E-News, the district’s website and emergency phone line. Also, this message and the forms will also be available on the school website.
