Run for White Eagle!

Join Principal Tim Krahenbuhl and 19 additional staff, parents and community members that have already registered to represent White Eagle Elementary as charity partners for Team IPEF in the Naperville Half Marathon or 5K on Saturday, October 21, 2018. Team IPEF offers a unique opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for schools in District 204. In the past four years, runners have helped raised more than $480,000 for educational extras in District 204 schools. Runner perks include a Topgolf Kick-off event, training and race day shirts, heated tent on race day, free chiropractic care and more. Note the school with the most runners will receive $1000 from Meemic Insurance. White Eagle Elementary is currently in 3rd place out of 33 District 204 schools.
Registration is now open for students who would like to represent White Eagle Elementary as a charity hero with Team IPEF in the Naperville Kids Marathon next fall. Students commit to running 25 miles (one mile at a time) between May 1 and October 19 and track their miles. On Saturday, October 20, they run the final 1.2 miles at Naperville North High School on a portion of the course used by Team IPEF runners in the Naperville Half Marathon the following day.
